into good business. Our executive management team routinely meets with
all employees and lot personnel to mentor, teach and mutually share
ideas. This open dialogue fosters pride for and commitment to the
success of the business, and helps our staff work proactively to resolve
problems and facilitate growth opportunities. In addition, employees may
be asked to participate in meetings with restaurant, property and
building managers to provide a better working relationship.
At MSI we have put together one of the best teams of professionals in
the region. Our executive management has a combined experience of over
26 years and we have present employees that have worked since the
companies inception nearly 10 years ago.
OUR EMPLOYEES

day of training testing driving and people
skills.
● Receive bi-annual background checks to protect you and your customers
from incident. We also check driving records.
● All speak good English.
● Have a team leader who is fully capable and trained to handle any
incident large or small until one of our managers arrives.
Parking management and the transportation industry consists of more than
just maintaining lots and driving around. At MSI, it's largely about
customer service. We hire individuals who share our service philosophy
making each customer contact a positive experience. Before any employee
is hired, each is thoroughly tested and their driving and legal records
are reviewed. Our final selection will always be an employee who best
meets the needs of the customer, and one who best upholds the standards
of MidPark Services Inc. Prior to receiving an assignment, each employee
must complete a preparation program that includes customer service
training, communication, problem resolution skills, and safety
protocols. Because each job is unique, each employee must be thoroughly
familiar with the specific requirements and preferences of each owner,
customer, and parking facility.
